Systemex Energies currently has a collaborative research agreement with the University College Dublin (UCD)

SOFT-R³ is being tested on UCD hardware in the Loop Simulator in order to demonstrate that load control is able to provide a significant portion of the anticipated need for inertia and fast frequency response required to integrate a high level of renewable resources and to maintain power system reliability.
